Returns Policy

At Promote Plush, the satisfaction of our customers is our first priority and so, we offer a return policy to let you send back items you're not satisfied with.

We have a 30-day refund policy that lets you return items you're not satisfied with within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

Even within the period of 30 days, the item (s) you want to return must be used and in the same condition as when you received them, to be eligible for return. You should also note that we will not accept sanitary goods or items that are intimate.

In addition, we will require a receipt of payment or proof of purchase for your return to be completed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In some situations, only partial refunds are granted as applicable.

Kindly note that we will not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have some parts missing due to errors that are not ours
  • Any items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery has been done
  • Sales items


If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When you received your item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will know of your return.

The moment we have received and inspected your return, we will send a notification email to let you know that we have received your returned items and let you know if the return is approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund with a credit automatically applied to your method of payment, in a number of days.

If you don't receive a refund as expected, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. Also, contact your bank. It may take some days for your refund to get to you.

If after all these you still do not receive a refund, please contact us.


Kindly contact us for details to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item and these funds are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund if you receive a refund.
